When we purchased the cabin, we were reminded of all the great vacations we had and asked ourselves what made them memorable. It always came back to the smallest of details and good communication with the owners or managers for making a great “stay”.
When you’re ready to come to the crown jewel of the continent, the best experience comes from staying INSIDE Glacier National Park. At West Glacier Bear Cabin, you can walk to Lake McDonald with your morning cup of coffee. Or, use one of our on-site kayaks to go for a sunset paddle. Maybe you want to grab one of our new e-bikes and head out for a sunrise ride. There are endless options to explore and create lifelong memories here!
In case you need to work or stay connected while you’re here, we just added Starlink for high-speed internet in Spring 2025. We are also one of the few cabins with air conditioning. Occasionally, our summers here call for it!
